Dedicated Server Move Info

So you herd NEO Networks was going to be coming to an end, well it was.  We wanted to discontinue are current hosting environment, hosting at homes off DSL and Cable lines is fun and a good way to learn but WAY to unstable. With the cross of power outages, hardware problems, modem problems, and on top of that no full time staff to watch the servers.  If we happened to be at school and a server went down they wouldn't be back up till we got home, no good.

Fixing the problem, even if I discontinued hosting other sites and what not I would still want to have my site, but what to do about the servers.  Then is came to me, GET A DEDICATED SERVER (DS).  A DS is a server that is located at a professional datacenter that you get to play with.  As in I pay the datacenter so I can play with one of there toys.

So how to pay for this, so I'm thinking that if I still want to host my site and I want to get the DS I need more then just me to pay for it.  Solution, continue hosting but charge, simple idea isn't it.  People would pay me to call the shoots, set up the sites and maintain the server, witch is what I do know.  The problem I have know is that I have 6 servers all over Fresno with a different person watching over each one, this leads to back configuring and unauthorized editing of settings.  So by moving all the servers to one place I can take care of everything in 1 place and keep people out.

The other Admins will be helping me out but not doing anything directly to the server, it needs to all come through me, makes it easier.  All site I currently host will be removed unless you paid in on the DS, it's that easy. Prices and details are listed at the bottom of the page.

About the server, $69 a month for: 2.0Ghz Celeron or higher - 256 DDR - 40GB IDE, that's the basics for more info click here. I'm getting the Win Server I package.  The specs on the server isn't that important it's the 99.9% uptime, FREAKN' fast connection and good hardware.

So the deal is that there will be no auto sign up, no open access, this server is for me, my friends and are sites.  If you don't know a NEO Networks Admin in person then don't think about getting an account.  I'm mainly doing this for me and with my time my friends get to use it because I need to fund the thing somehow.
